Lucky Bay’s work reflects the vision of co-founder Benji Johnson, an Oxford graduate with over 13 years of cross-border education experience. Benji’s calm, ethical approach-forged through years of navigating elite and diverse environments in China, the UK, South Korea and Kazakhstan-continues to shape the culture and strategy of our team.
He works closely with a small, trusted group of educators and advisors, including Lucky Bay’s Director of Study Abroad Services, 985 graduate, Tina Jin, and Business Development Manager, Lois to ensure that each student receives highly personalized, globally credible support.
