Our Australia programs are new for 2024, and have been co-designed and created by our co-founder Benji Johnson, and Australia Director, Malcolm Wrest. They are expertly designed to make the best use of Australia’s natural beauty and elite universities, creating an innovative and exciting opportunity for our students.
Malcolm Wrest is a graduate of both Melbourne and RMIT universities, and a Melbourne native. After a highly successful career working in South Korea and China he has returned to his native Australia, where he is actively involved in a great deal of volunteer work, alongside establishing our Australia presence. Malcolm has over 40 years experience in education, working as both a teacher in Economics, and ESL as well as a Senior Education consultant, helping students apply to many globally elite universities. Malcolm brings his lifetime of experience to our team as we launch in Australia, and having previously worked with our co-founder, Benji in an international school in Suzhou, fits effortlessly into our close-knit team as our Australia leader. With a strong commitment to volunteer work, and giving back to his local community Malcolm helps bring his social awareness and concern for others to our team, creating a truly unique combination for our Australia study tours.
Our Australia programs are characterized by the blending of the academic, with programs taught by university professors and elite graduates, with exploring the beauty and power of nature.
With our partners at Lalor Landcare we offer volunteer opportunities with corporate partners,
designed to help create environmentally aware students who have a global conscious mindset and desire to give back to their communities
Our socially aware business program focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and how the international business community engages in volunteer work and socially beneficial schemes to improve corporate image. This is ideal for students who are interested in studying business internationally, or with a future target of marketing or public relations.
Our Land Economy program is focused on the needs of the Cambridge University course, Land Economy. This unique summer school takes students out into the natural world, as they explore the legal and economy implications of the use of land in Australia.
