Chris is an experienced educational professional, with a PGCE and 40 years experience in schools. He is an accredited Advanced Skills Teacher and has served as Chair of Governors at the Primary School Level. Chris has previously been responsible for teaching and learning school wide. He has previously led international summer schools at the high school and university level in Oxford and Cambridge.

Tina is Lucky Bay’s career guidance expert, as well as an experienced counselor in Art applications. She helps students on our art trip understand the plethora of different art courses and careers available to them in their future pursuits. Tina has previously served as Head of Careers & University Guidance at OCAC Suzhou, as well as Suzhou North America High School.

Zekai graduated from Penn State University before founding Lucky Bay. He is responsible for safety and extra-curricular activities on our trips, ensuring that students have a safe and healthy environment to enjoy their studies in. Zekai also assists students with translation when necessary, and is responsible for leading student led activities and evening sessions.

Since graduating from the University of Oxford with a BA in Law and a MSc in Criminal Justice, Benji has run a variety of summer schools in Oxford and Cambridge. He has designed summer schools for a variety of Chinese universities, working with many Oxford and Cambridge professors. Having previously served as Operations Director for a UK summer school company, he leads our program.
