Lucky Bay is co-led by Benji, an Oxford graduate who has spent over a decade working inside Chinese and international education systems — including as a lecturer at South China University of Technology, a summer program director in Oxford and Cambridge, and a university counselor in schools across Suzhou, Changsha, and South Korea.
He understands how elite university systems think — and how to translate those expectations clearly to students, families, and local school staff.

Our counseling lead Tina previously served as Director of College Counseling at Suzhou North America High School and Director of University Counseling at OCAC, where she helped students gain admission to Cornell, Imperial, Emory, and UNC Chapel Hill — often the top offers in their respective years.
She brings nearly a decade of first-hand experience inside China’s top-tier bilingual schools and is known for her calm, structured, and values-aligned approach.
