Young Genius Program (Grades 1-6)

The Young Genius Program is designed to give primary school students a head start — not through pressure, but through early awareness, structured exploration, and joy in learning. We help children grow into curious, confident learners who are emotionally grounded and intellectually engaged.

Personalized Plan Program (Grades 7-10)
From Potential to Direction.
The Personalized Plan is our signature program for middle school and junior high students. It supports students who are ready to think strategically, explore their interests, and build the early layers of a university-ready identity — all while keeping their motivation and emotional health intact.
• 1-on-1 planning with Zekai and Tina, focused on growth and strengths
• Gallup Strengths assessment and guided interpretation
• Strategic school system selection (IB, AP, A-Level, etc.)
• Major and career path exploration
• Research, competitions, and background-building projects
• GPA and academic tracking with early intervention
• Step-by-step transition planning toward elite tracks (Oxbridge, Top 30 US, Medicine)
The goal: Help students gain clarity on who they are, where they’re going, and what choices will get them there — with the flexibility to grow and adapt along the way.
Recent Achievements
At Lucky Bay, we measure success by how early a student finds the right path — and how confidently they walk it. A few recent milestones:
- A Grade 9 student from Suzhou successfully admitted to UWC (United World College), Suzhou after one year of Personalized Plan mentorship
- A Grade 8 student transitioned from a public school to Pinghe (Shanghai), one of China’s top international high schools
- Our first-ever Personalized Plan student, who joined in Grade 10, was recently admitted to: UC Davis, Imperial College London, UCL, University of Edinburgh (Unconditional), University of Manchester
