Benji is the strategic architect behind Lucky Bay’s long-term vision. An Oxford graduate with almost a decade of leadership in cross-border education, he brings a calm, values-driven approach to growth, mentoring, and international collaboration.

Benji has worked across the UK, Korea, and China, guiding students from all backgrounds toward meaningful academic and personal transformation. His leadership is quiet but deliberate — shaping everything from curriculum design to organizational culture.

As Strategic Advisor, Benji supports with long-range planning, ethical clarity, and a focus on thoughtful outcomes. 

Tina graduated from one of the top universities in China (985 level), and leads our academic services with professionalism, clarity, and deep experience in global admissions. As Director of Study Abroad Services, she oversees the design and execution of application strategies for students aiming at the world’s top universities.

With over a decade in bilingual and international school settings, Tina is respected for her practical expertise and thoughtful mentorship. She also maintains strong relationships with external counselors and education partners, making her a trusted presence both inside and beyond Lucky Bay.
